Motley Motion Real Estate LLC is a private home-buying company. We purchase residential property directly from owners using our own funds. We are not licensed real estate agents and we do not represent sellers in listings. Our registered business address is 418 Broadway #11010, Albany, NY 12207. We buy homes directly from sellers in markets across the United States.

This website provides general information about our home-buying services and a contact form to request a written offer. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Any offer we make is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
3. Submitting your information
When you submit our contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you have the legal right to share information about the property in question. We may use the information you submit to contact you by phone, email, or — if you have opted in — by SMS, in connection with your request.
4. SMS messaging terms

Nothing in our communications or in any offer we make creates an agency, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship between you and Motley Motion Real Estate LLC. We are acting as a principal buyer for our own account. We strongly encourage you to seek independent legal, tax, or real estate advice before signing a purchase agreement.
6. Offers and purchase agreements
Any offer we provide is preliminary, subject to verification of property and title information, and is non-binding until a written purchase and sale agreement is signed by both parties. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer prior to that point. You are under no obligation to accept any offer we make.
7. Intellectual property
The Motley Motion name, logo, and the content of this website are the property of Motley Motion Real Estate LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Motley Motion Real Estate LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website, your communications with us, or any offer made or not made. Our total liability for any claim related to this website or our communications is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us (which, in most cases, is zero).
