We buy houses as-is from sellers across the country. No repairs, no commissions, no pressure — just a fair written offer on your timeline.
How it works
We've designed this around stressed sellers, not around us. You can stop at any step.
Use the form, call, or text. A few details about the home and what's going on.
We pull comps, look at the home, and ask any clarifying questions. One walkthrough — no open houses.
A clear cash offer in writing, usually within a few days. No obligation to accept.
Most closings take two to three weeks at a local title company. Need more time? We work around you.
Situations we work with
Every seller's situation is different. These are the most common reasons people reach out — but if yours isn't here, ask us anyway.
What we promise
We're not realtors. There's no listing agreement and no commission taken out of your check.
We pay standard closing costs at a local title company. The number you see in the offer is the number you walk away with.
We buy houses as they are. Roof, foundation, plumbing, fire damage — we underwrite around it. You don't need to fix a thing.
One walkthrough so we can do the math. No open houses, no stranger traffic through your home.
See the offer, take time to think about it, talk to family. If it's not right for you, walk away. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
You'll work with Andrew directly from the first call to the closing table. No handoffs, no call centers.
About
I grew up in a small town in Michigan, where I learned work ethic the slow way — a paper route, lawn care, and family construction projects from the time I was a kid. I was out painting houses for cash by age ten.
I built Motley Motion Real Estate to put that same work ethic to use for homeowners around the country — quietly, on the seller's terms, with a real person on the other end of every call.
If you're behind on payments, sitting on a house you didn't ask to inherit, or just tired of one that's draining you — I'd like to be useful. The worst that happens is you get a written offer, look at it, and decide it's not for you. That's a fine outcome.

What to expect
Motley Motion Real Estate is a new local company, which means we don't have a wall of testimonials yet. Here's what we'll commit to instead.
Before any number is on paper, we'll talk through what's going on with the house and what you actually need. Sometimes selling to us isn't the right answer — and we'll tell you so.
Every offer is in writing with the math behind it. You can take it to a friend, a family member, or another buyer for comparison. No high-pressure "today only" pricing.
We close with a licensed title company in your state so the paperwork is done correctly and the money is wired straight to you. You'll know exactly when, where, and how.
Your situation is your business. We don't post addresses, names, or stories online. Anything you share with us stays between us.
Frequently asked
We look at recent comparable sales in your neighborhood, the cost of any repairs the home needs, and a modest margin for our work. We'll walk you through the math so the number isn't a black box.
No. No agent commissions, no closing costs charged to you, no application fees. The offer number is what you walk away with at closing.
Most closings happen two to three weeks after you accept the offer — limited mostly by how fast the title work clears. If you need to close faster or slower, tell us and we'll work around your timeline.
That's often exactly the kind of house we buy. We're comfortable with deferred maintenance, code issues, fire and water damage, and homes that wouldn't pass a traditional inspection. You don't need to fix anything before talking to us.
No. The offer is yours to think about. Take it to family, take it to an agent for comparison, take a week. If you decide it's not right for you, there's no penalty and no follow-up sales calls.
No. Motley Motion Real Estate LLC is a private home-buying company. We are not licensed real estate agents and we do not represent sellers in listings. We buy houses directly with our own funds.
